Analisis Implementasi Program Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap di Puskesmas Padang Pasir Tahun 2025

The coverage of complete basic immunization at Padang Pasir Health Center, Padang City, in 2023 was only 38% of the 95% target. Study aims analyze implementation program at health center. This research is qualitative study using case study approach. Research conducted from March to August 2025, with data collection taking place from May 24 to June 24, 2025, using interviews and document review. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, consisting six individuals the head of community health center, program manager, doctor, midwife, nurse, and logistics manager. Data analysis utilized technique triangulation and source triangulation. Program implementation follows Ministry Health Regulation No. 12 of 2017 on immunization, although training remains limited. Funding from BOK adequate, and facilities are sufficient. Program is carried out according regulations and SOPs. Barriers include parental concerns about side effects and belief immunization haram. Recording and reporting are conducted manually and digitally, while monitoring and evaluation take place in mini-workshops. Parents' rejection and perceptions immunization are reasons why community health centers have not achieved their program targets. Recommended health workers be more aggressive in providing information to parents, especially those with infants, about importance complete basic immunization for children's health, particularly outside of the immunization schedule at Posyandu, that they work with religious leaders to convey message immunization halal.
